Charges were filed Tuesday against a man accused of spraying mace into a crowd of pro-Palestinian protesters who had gathered outside an Israeli solidarity event Sunday in Skokie, but no charges will be filed against a man who fired a gun, according to the Cook County state’s attorney’s office.
