Rosemont-based Horizon Group Properties Inc. said it has completed a deed-in-lieu of foreclosure transaction with its lender involving The Outlet Shoppes at Burlington (Washington), The Outlet Shoppes at Fremont (Indiana) and The Outlet Shoppes at Oshkosh (Wisconsin).
