Yaroslava Dunn and her sister left their homes in Illinois and Wisconsin and traveled for Poland to get their parents out of Kyiv, Ukraine. They didn’t have a plan or know how they were going to connect with their parents, but nine days after leaving on March 5, the two women were reunited with their parents in Warsaw.
