An Elgin couple competing together on the ABC network dog grooming show “Pooch Perfect” got engaged during Tuesday’s episode. Alyssa Kasiba and Justin Dorn have made it to the final three and will compete for the $100,000 prize on next week’s episode. Locally, they operate a mobile dog grooming business called Simply Diffurent.
