Coronavirus restrictions were eased in suburban Cook County Tuesday with suburban counties including DuPage and Lake expected to quickly follow, Illinois public health officials said. Also, officials announced 32,559 vaccines were administered Monday, bringing the total number of doses to 1,028,969.
