The number of positive COVID-19 tests in Kane County has crept upward for 11 consecutive days, a number that’s worth keeping an eye on, according to local health officials. The number that isn’t going up as much as the county wants is the number of Black and Hispanic residents getting the vaccine. The county board chairman put out a public call for celebrity help on Wednesday.
