Kane County’s vaccination efforts are seeing disparities in the quantities of vaccines received from the state and in the racial and ethnic minorities receiving the shots so far. County health officials say Kane County is home to the largest percentage of Latino residents in the state, at more than 30%, but only 10% of local Latino residents have received a first shot.
