After defeating No. 5-seeded Fenton and No. 4-seeded St. Patrick to win the regional last week in Chicago, No. 12-seeded Carmel Catholic was going to be stepping up in class when the Corsairs faced top-seeded Lake Forest Tuesday night in the Class 3A Grayslake Central sectional semifinals.
