During the pandemic, the seafood company tested out a pickup and delivery location in Chicago from the Smith & Wollensky kitchen in Marina City and found it did “tremendously well,” said Kim Lapine, chief marketing officer for Legal Sea Foods’ parent company, PPX Hospitality Brands.
