Lisle Mayor Chris Pecak is vowing to veto a a decision by the village board to provide economic incentive to a developer who wants to build a $59 million mixed-use project downtown. Pecak is expected to deliver his veto during Monday night’s board meeting. He says he’s opposed to providing up $10.5 million in incentives to developer Flaherty & Collins
