Man, 35, stabbed on CTA bus Friday morning in Bridgeport, cops say

A 35-year-old man was stabbed Friday morning during an argument on a CTA bus in the Bridgeport neighborhood, Chicago police said.

Shortly after 10 a.m., the victim was involved in an argument with three people on a bus in the 200 block of West 35th Street when one of them pulled out a sharp object and caused a laceration to the victim, police said.

Officers who arrived at the scene applied a tourniquet and the man was taking to Stroger Hospital where he was listed in good condition.

Three people were taken into custody with charges pending. One of them also was taken to a local hospital for a laceration to his hand.
