A man was fatally shot in a drive-by shooting in the Bridgeport neighborhood Saturday night, according to Chicago police.
Police responded to a call of a victim shot around 11:26 p.m. Upon arrival, officers said they found a 36-year-old man on the ground in the 2500 block of South Hillock Avenue. Police say the man was exiting his vehicle when a red SUV pulled up and shot at the victim. The 36-year-old suffered multiple gunshot wounds to the body and was transported to Stroger Hospital, where he was pronounced dead.
No one is in custody.
