Elgin-based Middleby Corp. said Tuesday it has acquired Trade-Wind Manufacturing LLC, a manufacturer of kitchen ventilation systems for indoor and outdoor residential use.Financial details of the acquisition were not disclosed. Based in Phoenix, Trade-Wind has approximately $10 million in annual revenues.
