Motorist who prosecutors mistakenly said was excessively drunk in wreck that killed 12-year-old girl apologizes, but claims case ‘isn’t fair’

Bond was reduced Friday from $500,000 to $300,000 for a motorist who prosecutors mistakenly last month said was nearly six times over the legal limit of alcohol during a Vittum Park car crash that killed a 12-year-old girl.
