Naperville Police Arrests

The following items were taken from Naperville police reports and press releases. An arrest does not constitute a finding of guilt:

  • A 35-year-old man from Naperville was arrested on charges of driving under the influence of alcohol, endangering the health/life of a child and driving on revoked/suspended license at 2:15 a.m. Feb. 7 in the 1200 block of Rickert Drive.
  • A 55-year-old woman from Naperville was arrested on a charge of retail theft at 11:06 a.m. Feb. 7 in the 2700 block of West 75th Street.
  • A 61-year-old man from Naperville was arrested on a warrant at 2 p.m. Feb. 7 in the 1500 block of Bond Street.
  • A 22-year-old man from Warrenville was arrested on charges of no front/rear plate/permit displayed, speeding in excess of 35 mph over the limit, reckless driving, driving without insurance/operator under suspension and aggravated fleeing of the police
    at 11:26 p.m. Feb. 7 at East Interstate 88 and North Route 59.
  • A 31-year-old man from Lisle was arrested on charges of driving the wrong way, driving under the influence of alcohol, and resisting or obstructing a police officer at 1:01 a.m. Feb. 8 at East Chicago Avenue and South Ellsworth Street.
  • A 43-year-old man from North Aurora was arrested on charges of turn signal not visible for 300 feet and driving under the influence of alcohol at 2:15 a.m. Feb. 8 at East Ogden Avenue and Iroquois Avenue.
  • A 34-year-old man from Aurora was arrested on a warrant and on charges of driving on a suspended/revoked license and driving on an expired registration at 9:40 a.m. Feb. 8 at Hobson Road and Olesen Drive.
  • A 28-year-old man from Aurora was arrested on a charge of possession of a controlled substance at 3:50 a.m. Feb. 9 in the 1800 block of Centre Point Circle.
  • A 44-year-old woman from Naperville was arrested on a warrant and on charges of driving on a suspended/revoked license and driving under the influence of drugs at 11:39 a.m. Feb. 9 in the 100 block of East Ogden Avenue.
  • A 43-year-old woman from Naperville was arrested on charges of failure to reduce speed/driving too fast for conditions and driving under the influence of alcohol at 3:32 p.m. Feb. 9 at Deering Bay Drive and Saddlebrook Drive.
