The following items were taken from Naperville police reports and press releases. An arrest does not constitute a finding of guilt:
- A 42-year-old woman from Naperville was arrested on charges of illegal lane usage, driving under the invluence of alcohol and interfering with an officer at 1:59 a.m. Aug. 16 at Raymond Drive and McDowell Road.
- A 25-year-old man from Bolingbrook was arrested on a warrant and on charges of driving on a suspended/revoked license and driving with canceled, suspended or revoked registration at 12:18 p.m. Aug. 16 at West 75th Street and Millbrook Drive.
- A 36-year-old woman from Naperville was arrested on charges of speeding, driving on a suspended/revoked license and driving without insurance at 1:51 p.m. Aug. 16 in the 1500 block of West Ogden Avenue.
- A 31-year-old man from Hobson City, Alabama, was arrested on a warrant and as a fugitive from justice at 12:12 a.m. Aug. 17 in the 1600 block of West Diehl Road.
- A 26-year-old man from Oak Park was arrested on a warrant and on charges of criminal trespass/remain on land, fleeing police and resisting or obstructing a police officer at 1:42 a.m. Aug. 17 at the police station, 1350 Aurora Ave.
- A 44-year-old man from Bellwood was arrested on charges of improper stopping in a roadway, aggravated driving under the influence, driving on a suspended/revoked license, driving under the influence of alcohol and transportation of open alcohol at 2:36 a.m. Aug. 17 at North Route 59 and East Interstate 88.
- A 76-year-old woman from Naperville was arrested on charges of failure to reduce speed/driving too fast for conditions, driving under the influence of alcohol, illegal possession/transportation of liquor by a driver and driving without insurance at 10:02 p.m. Aug. 17 in the 1400 block of East Chicago Avenue.
- A 36-year-old man from Dolton was arrested on charges of armed habitual criminal, possession of 10 to 30 grams of cannabis, resisting or obstructing a police officer and unlawful possession of a weapon by a felon at 12:56 a.m. Aug. 18 in the 3200 block of Odyssey Court.
- A 52-year-old man from Naperville was arrested on a charge of knowingly damaging property at 10:10 a.m. Aug. 18 in the 1800 block of South Washington Street.
