The following items were taken from Naperville police reports and press releases. An arrest does not constitute a finding of guilt:
- A 30-year-old man from Naperville was arrested on a warrant and on charges of driving in the wrong lane and driving on a suspended/revoked license at 1:30 a.m. Aug. 4 at North Washington Street and West Franklin Avenue.
- A 20-year-ld man from Citrus Heights, California, was arrested on charges of failure to give signal when required and driving under the influence of alcohol at 1:53 a.m. Aug. 4 in the first block of West Van Buren Avenue.
- A 28-year-old man from Bolingbrook was arrested on charges of illegal lane usage, disobeying a stop sign, driving under the influence of alcohol and driving under the influence of drugs at 2:30 a.m. Aug. 4 at Jackson Avenue and South Main Street.
- A 61-year-old man from Aurora was arrested on charges of retail theft and obstructing identification at 4:43 p.m. Aug. 4 in the 2700 block of West 75th Street.
- A 41-year-old man from Plano was arrested on charges of violating the Lights & Lamp Act, having an obstructed windshield or front/side window and resisting a peace officer at 10:37 p.m. Aug. 4 at South Main Street and Water Street.
- A 21-year-old woman from Elgin was arrested on a charge of illegal transportation of cannabis at 3:59 p.m. Aug. 5 at the police station, 1350 Aurora Ave.
- A 21-year-old man from Elgin was arrested on charges of manufacturing/delivery of controlled substances and resisting a peace officer at 3:59 p.m. Aug. 5 at the police station, 1350 Aurora Ave.
- A 43-year-old man from Chicago was arrested on a charge of aggravated battery to a nurse at 12:16 p.m. Aug. 6 in the 800 block of South Washington Street.
- A 34-year-old woman from Aurora was arrested on a warrant at 12:37 p.m. Aug. 6 at Alder Lane and West Gartner Road.
- A 49-year-old man from Naperville was arrested on a charge of sex offender/public park at 6:25 p.m. Aug. 6 at the police station, 1350 Aurora Ave.
- A 20-year-old man from Aurora was arrested on charges of manufacturing/delivery of controlled substances and possession of a controlled substance at 9:39 p.m. Aug. 6 at the police station, 1350 Aurora Ave.
- A 21-year-old man from Chicago was arrested on charges of illegal lane usage, no front/rear plate/permit displayed, no rear registration plate light, not wearing a seatbelt and possession of methamphetamine at 11:32 p.m. Aug. 6 at Ferry Road and Celebration Drive in Warrenville.
