Naperville Police Arrests for Dec. 16-18

The following items were taken from Naperville police reports and press releases. An arrest does not constitute a finding of guilt:

  • A 19-year-old man from Schaumburg was arrested on two charges of possession of a controlled substance at 4:49 p.m. Dec. 16 in the 1300 block of South Naper Boulevard.
  • A 19-year-old Naperville man was arrested on a charge of speeding 26 to 34 mph over the limit at 10:34 p.m. Dec. 16 at Breckenridge Lane and Plainfield Naperville Road.
  • An 18-year-old man from Naperville was arrested on charges of retail theft and transportation of open alcohol at 11:15 p.m. Dec. 16 at South Washington Street and West Porter Avenue.
  • A 20-year-old man from Aurora was arrested on charges of defacing identification marks of a firearm, aggravated unlawful use of a weapon and speeding 35 mph over the limit at 1:30 a.m. Dec. 18 at West 75th Street and Modaff Road.
  • A 25-year-old man from Chicago was arrested on a charge of theft of labor or services or use of property at 3:18 a.m. Dec. 18 at the police station, 1350 Aurora Ave.
  • A 37-year-old man from Naperville was arrested on a charge of violating an order of protection at 5:41 p.m. Dec. 18 in the 1700 block of Park Street.
