The following items were taken from Naperville police reports and press releases. An arrest does not constitute a finding of guilt:
- A 21-year-old man from Naperville was arrested on a charge of driving without a license or permit at 12:26 a.m. Dec. 23 at West 75th Street and Modaff Road.
- A 36-year-old man from Naperville was arrested on charges of driving under the influence o alcohol, aggravated DUI, endangering the life or health of a child, resisting or obstructing a peace officer and driving on a suspended or revoked license at 3:45 a.m. Dec. 23 in the 1200 block of East Indian Trail Road.
- Five people — two 30-year-old men from Chicago, a 30-year-old woman from Palatine, a 24-year-old woman from Chicago and a 29-year-old man from Palatine — were arrested and charged with identity theft at 5:53 p.m. Dec. 23 in the 600 block of South Route 59.
- A 36-year-old man from Yorkville was arrested on a charge of retail theft at 10:43 p.m. Dec. 23 in the 2500 block of West 75th Street.
- A 48-year-old woman from Aurora was arrested on two counts of retail theft at 10:43 p.m. Dec. 23 in the 2500 block of West 75th Street.
- A 50-year-old woman from Naperville was arrested on charges of leaving the scene of an accident, driving under the influence of alcohol and driving without insurance at 8:17 p.m. Dec. 25 in the 1500 block of North Aurora Road.
