The following items were taken from Naperville police reports and press releases. An arrest does not constitute a finding of guilt:
- A 44-year-old man from Villa Park was arrested on charges of aggravated assault, disorderly conduct and possession of a concealed firearm at 8:35 p.m. Dec. 26 in the 500 block of East Ogden Avenue.
- A 33-year-old man from Chicago was arrested on a warrant at 10:35 p.m. Dec. 26 at East Ogden Avenue and North Loomis Street.
- A 55-year-old man from Naperville was arrested on charges of driving under the influence of alcohol, driving under the influence/combination of alcohol, drugs or intoxicating compounda and driving without a valid license or permit at 6:39 p.m. Dec. 27 at Lisson Road and East 87th Street.
- A 59-year-old man from Elgin was arrested on charges of burglary and retail theft at 9:48 p.m. Dec. 28 in the 100 block of Douglas Avenue in Elgin.
- A 21-year-old man from Chicago was arrested on two warrants at 11:02 p.m. Dec. 28 in the 600 block of South Route 59.
- An 18-year-old man from Aurora was arrested on charges of driving without a valid license or permit, driving on suspended registration and driving without insurance at 1:01 a.m. Dec. 29 at Aurora Avenue and South Eagle Street.
- A 46-year-old man from Naperville was arrested on charges of battery, disorderly conduct and theft/over $500 at 1:12 a.m. Dec. 29 in the 1400 block of West Jefferson Avenue.
