Naperville Police Arrests for Dec. 6-7

The following items were taken from Naperville police reports and press releases. An arrest does not constitute a finding of guilt:

  • A 45-year-old man from Bolingbrook was arrested on charges of driving under the influence of alcohol and speeding 26 to 34 mph over the limit at 1:51 a.m. Dec. 6 in the 1700 block of Baldwin Way, Bolingbrook.
  • A 23-year-old woman from Westmont was arrested on charges of driving under the influence of drugs, unlawful possession of cannabis by a driver and driving with expired license plates at 11:44 a.m. Dec. 6 at the police station, 1350 Aurora Ave.
  • A 57-year-old man from Naperville was arrested on a charge of retail theft at 4:05 p.m. Dec. 6 in the 1300 block of South Naper Boulevard.
  • A 26-year-old man from Hammond, Indiana, was arrested on a warrant at 8:21 p.m. Dec. 6 in the 1300 block of Plainfield Naperville Road.
  • A 31-year-old woman from Naperville was arrested on a warrant at 8:59 p.m. Dec. 6 at West Diehl Road and North Route 59.
  • A 19-year-old man from Aurora was arrested on charges of driving without insurance, driving on suspended registration and reckless driving at 11:56 p.m. Dec. 6 at Aurora Avenue and West Ogden Avenue.
  • A 22-year-old man from Calumet City was arrested on a warrant at midnight Dec. 7 at La Salle Avenue and Bond Street.
  • A 42-year-old woman from Aurora was arrested on a charge of driving on a suspended or revoked license or permit at midnight Dec. 7 at La Salle Avenue and Bond Street.
  • A 37-year-old man from Bolingbrook was arrested on charges of driving under the influence of alcohol, unlawful possession of cannabis by a driver, driving with expired license plates, restricting or obstructing a peace officer and transportation or possession of open alcohol by a driver at 9:34 p.m. Dec. 7 in the 1700 block of Deatherage Drive, Bolingbrook.
  • A 33-year-old Maywood man was arrested on a warrant at 9:53 p.m. Dec. 7 at La Fox Avenue and South Route 59.
