Naperville Police Arrests for Feb. 23-25

The following items were taken from Naperville police reports and press releases. An arrest does not constitute a finding of guilt:

  • A 23-year-old Aurora man was arrested on three warrants and on charges of being an armed habitual criminal, possession of a controlled substance, driving without a license, driving with expired license plates and two counts of obstructing a peace officer at 1:27 a.m. Feb. 23 at West 14th Avenue and North Main Street.
  • A 23-year-old man from Oswego was arrested on a warrant and on charges of possession of 10 to 30 grams of cannabis and resisting or obstructing a peace officer at 1:27 a.m. Feb. 23 at West 14th Avenue and North Main Street.
  • A 30-year-old Aurora man was arrested on two counts of retail theft, one count of burglary and one count of driving on a suspended or revoked license at 8:13 p.m. Feb. 23 in the 3100 block of Village Green Drive in Aurora.
  • A 20-year-old Aurora man was arrested on two counts of retail theft and one count of burglary at 8:13 p.m. Feb. 23 in the 1900 block of West Jefferson Avenue.
  • A 40-year-old woman from Schaumburg was arrested on charges of driving under the influence of alcohol and transportation or possession of open alcohol by a driver at 9:55 p.m. Feb. 24 at North Route 59 and La Salle Avenue.
  • A 32-year-old man from North Aurora was arrested on charges of speeding, improper lane usage, driving under the influence of alcohol and driving without insurance at 1:51 a.m. Feb. 25 at Brookdale Road and North Route 59.
  • A 27-year-old man from Naperville was arrested on two warrants at 7:34 a.m. Feb. 25 in the 800 block of Tappingo Drive.
  • A 29-year-old man from Naperville was arrested on four warrants and on a charge of resisting or obstructing a peace officer at 10:20 a.m. Feb. 25 at the police station, 1350 Aurora Ave.
