Naperville Police Arrests for Feb. 9-10

The following items were taken from Naperville police reports and press releases. An arrest does not constitute a finding of guilt:

  • A 39-year-old man from Kerrville, Texas, was arrested on a charge of intimidation at 1:30 p.m. Feb. 9 at the police station, 1350 Aurora Ave.
  • An 18-year-old man from Chicago was arrested on four charges of aggravated unlawful use of a weapon, one charge of defacing identification marks of a firearm and one charge of possession of cannabis outside an approved container at 9:56 p.m. Feb. 9 in the 1600 block of Westminster Drive.
  • A 35-year-old man from Aurora was arrested on a warrant and on charges of driving on a suspended or revoked license and possession of cannabis outside an approved container at 10:50 p.m. Feb. 9 at Quincy Avenue and West Ogden Avenue.
  • An 18-year-old man from Naperville was arrested on charges of battery and disorderly conduct at 10:03 a.m. Feb. 10 in the 2300 block of 95th Street.
  • A 36-year-old man from Chicago was arrested on two warrants at 11:43 a.m. Feb. 20 at the police station, 1350 Aurora Ave.
  • A 41-year-old man from Clarendon Hills was arrested on charges of improper window tinting/treatment, driving under the influence alcohol and driving with expired license plates at 9:02 p.m. Feb. 10 at East Interstate 88 and North Route 59.
  • A 28-year-old man from Mishawaka, Indiana, was arrested on charges of failure to remain at the scene of an accident, driving on a suspended or revoked license and improper window tinting/treatment at 10:24 p.m. Feb. 10 in the 600 block of Imus Drive in Mishawaka, Indiana.
