The following items were taken from Naperville police reports and press releases. An arrest does not constitute a finding of guilt:
- A 58-year-old man from Streamwood was arrested on charges of driving on a suspended or revoked license and using a cell phone while driving at 2:50 p.m. Jan. 2 in the 1200 block of East Ogden Avenue.
- A 61-year-old man from Harrisburg, Pennsylvania, was arrested on charges of identity theft and possession/display of a fraudulent ID card at 4:31 p.m. Jan. 2 in the 700 block of Royal St. George Drive.
- A 24-year-old Darien man was arrested on a charge of possession of a controlled substance at 7:02 p.m. Jan. 2 at East Ogden Avenue and North Columbia Street.
- A 23-year-old man from Justice was arrested on a warrant at 10:55 p.m. Jan. 2 at Brookdale Road and North Route 59.
- A 21-year-old man from Spring Valley was arrested on charges of disorderly conduct and resisting or obstructing a peace officer at 11:11 p.m. Jan. 2 in the 600 block of Flossmoor Court.
- A 32-year-old man from Owego was arrested on a warrant and on charges of possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia at 9:57 p.m. Jan. 3 on North Loomis Street.
- A 33-year-old woman from Aurora was arrested on two warrants at 10:17 p.m. Jan. 3 at East Ogden Avenue and North Loomis Street.
- A 45-year-old man from Naperville was arrested on a charge of driving on a revoked license at 1:06 a.m. Jan. 4 in the first block of West Chicago Avenue.
- A 27-year-old man from Downers Grove was arrested on a warrant at 1:29 p.m. Jan. 4 in the 1200 block of South Washington Street.
