The following items were taken from Naperville police reports and press releases. An arrest does not constitute a finding of guilt:
- A 54-year-old man from West Chicago was arrested on charges of improper lane usage, failure to signal when changing lanes, driving under the influence of alcohol and driving without insurance at 12:39 a.m. Jan. 20 at La Salle Avenue and North Route 59.
- A 24-year-old man from Joliet was arrested on a warrant at 4:13 a.m. Jan. 20 at Cantore Road and South Route 59.
- A 20-year-old man from Naperville was arrested on charges of driving under the influence of alcohol, driving without insurance and driving too fast for conditions/failure to reduce speed to avoid an accident at 2:50 a.m. Jan. 22 at West Jefferson Avenue and West Ogden Avenue.
- A 38-year-old woman from Clarendon Hills was arrested on charges of battery, possession of a controlled substance and obstructing identification at 5:22 p.m. Jan. 22 in the 1700 block of Park Street.
- A 30-year-old man from Naperville was arrested on a warrant at 1:07 p.m. Jan. 23 in the 2700 block of Glenwood Court.
- A 35-year-old woman from Naperville was arrested on a warrant at 1:16 p.m. Jan. 23 at Brookdale Road and North Route 59.
- A 30-year-old man from Plainfield was arrested on a warrant at 4;25 p.m. Jan. 23 in the 24300 block of Apple Tree Lane, Plainfield.
- A 19-year-old woman from North Aurora was arrested on a warrant at 4:45 p.m. Jan. 23 at Pebblewood Lane and West Diehl Road.
