Naperville Police Arrests for Jan. 27-29

The following items were taken from Naperville police reports and press releases. An arrest does not constitute a finding of guilt:

  • A 32-year-old man from Naperville was arrested on a charge of violating an order of protection at 1:05 a.m. Jan. 27 in the 1000 block of Fairway Drive.
  • A 32-year-old man from Aurora was arrested on charges of theft, identity theft and possession of another person’s credit/debit card with intent to defraud at 6:10 p.m. Jan. 27 at the police station, 1350 Aurora Ave.
  • A 28-year-old man from Naperville was arrested on charges of disobeying a stop sign, transportation or possession of open alcohol by a driver and driving under the influence of alcohol at 11:48 p.m. Jan. 27 at Wall Street and McDowell Road.
  • An 18-year-old man from Naperville was arrested on charges of possession of a controlled substance, disorderly conduct and possession of cannabis in a motor vehicle outside an approved container at 12:06 a.m. Jan. 29 in the 2300 block of Keim Road.
  • A 40-year-old Chicago man was arrested on five charges of theft at 10:22 a.m. Jan. 29 at the police station, 1350 Aurora Ave.
  • A 28-year-old man from Aurora was arrested on a charge of motor vehicle theft at 2:20 p.m. Jan. 29 at the police station, 1350 Aurora Ave.
  • A 36-year-old man from Naperville was arrested on a charge of driving on a suspended or revoked license at 7:19 p.m. Jan. 29 in the 800 block of South Route 59.
  • A 23-year-old man from Justice was arrested on two charges of aggravated unlawful use of a weapon at 10:16 p.m. Jan. 29 in the 900 block of North Wright Street.
