Naperville Police Arrests for Jan. 31-Feb. 1

The following items were taken from Naperville police reports and press releases. An arrest does not constitute a finding of guilt:

  • A 41-year-old man from Bolingbrook was arrested on a warrant at 10:15 a.m. Jan. 31 in the first block of East Ogden Avenue.
  • An 18-year-old man from Naperville was arrested on a charge of battery at 11:25 a.m. Jan. 31 in the 800 block of South Washington Street.
  • A 28-year-old man from Naperville was arrested on charges of failure to give information to owner after striking an unattended vehicle or property, driving without insurance and driving too fast for conditions or failure to reduce speed to avoid an accident at 11:30 a.m. Jan. 31 at Gowdey Road and North Route 59.
  • A 19-year-old woman from Aurora was arrested on a charge of retail theft at 8:58 p.m. Jan. 31 in the 2500 block of West 75th Street.
  • A 41-year-old woman from Aurora was arrested on charges of possession of a controlled substance and resisting or obstructing a peace officer at 10:58 p.m. Jan. 31 at North Columbia Street and East Ogden Avenue.
  • A 34-year-old man from Naperville was arrested on a warrant at 11:42 a.m. Feb. 1 in the 1800 block of Centre Point Circle.
  • A 43-year-old woman from Houston was arrested on charges of burglary and retail theft at 4:27 p.m. Feb. 1 in the 2700 block of Aurora Avenue.
  • A 38-year-old man from Naperville was arrested on charges of retail theft and burglary at 4:42 p.m. Feb. 1 in the 2700 block of Aurora Avenue.
  • A 42-year-old woman from Naperville was arrested on charges of retail theft and burglary at 4:43 p.m. Feb. 1 in the 2700 block of Aurora Avenue.
  • A 26-year-old woman from Chicago was arrested on a warrant and on charges of identity theft, possession of another’s credit/debit/ID card with intent to defraud and driving on a suspended or revoked license at 9:27 p.m. Feb. 1 at Brookdale Road and Westminster Drive.
