The following items were taken from Naperville police reports and press releases. An arrest does not constitute a finding of guilt:
- A 35-year-old man from Aurora was arrested on a charge of possession of a controlled substance, criminal trespass to land and possession of drug paraphernalia at 7:57 p.m. July 24 at East Ogden Avenue and North Charles Avenue.
- A 25-year-old man from Naperville was arrested on charges of failure to signal when required, fleeing police, aggravated battery to a peace officer and failure to give aid or information at 9:48 p.m. July 24 at East 75th Street and South Naper Boulevard.
- A 31-year-old man from Aurora was arrested on charges of disregarding a stop sign, aggravated speeding in a construction zone, aggravated fleeing police/21 mph over the limit, aggravated assault and driving on a suspended/revoked license at 1:06 a.m. July 25 in the 1400 block of Bond Street.
- A 23-year-old man from Joliet was arrested on a warrant at 4:08 p.m. July 25 in the 2600 block of Forgue Drive.
- A 26-year-old man from Chicago was arrested on charges of burglary and retail theft at 5:10 p.m. July 25 in the 2700 block of West 75th Street.
- A 36-year-old man from East Chicago, Indiana, was arrested on a charge of possession of a controlled substance at 11:53 p.m. July 25 in the 3200 block of Odyssey Court.
- A 37-year-old man from Naperville was arrested on a charge of fighting at 6:13 a.m. July 26 in the 1400 block of Fairway Drive.
- A 24-year-old man from Joliet was arrested on charges of failure to give signal when required and driving under the influence of alcohol at 1:19 a.m. July 27 at Hassert Boulevard and South Route 59.
- A 70-year-old man from Warrenville was arrested on a warrant at 10:29 a.m. July 27 in the 2500 block of West 75th Street.
- A 19-year-old man from Huntsville, Alabama, was arrested on a charge of aggravated unlawful use of a weapon/vehicle/criminal misdemeanor violations at 12:24 a.m. July 28 in the 3200 block of Odyssey Court.
