Naperville Police Arrests for July 29-31

The following items were taken from Naperville police reports and press releases. An arrest does not constitute a finding of guilt:

  • A 55-year-old man from Lansing was charged with violating an order of protection at 9:50 p.m. July 29 at the police station, 1350 Aurora Ave.
  • A 36-year-old man from Naperville was arrested on a warrant at 10:16 p.m. in the 1300 block of North Webster Street.
  • A 31-year-old man from Oswego was arrested on a warrant at 12:01 a.m. July 30 at the police station, 1350 Aurora Avenue.
  • A 35-year-old man from Bolingbrook was arrested on a warrant and on charges of not wearing a seat belt and driving on a suspended/revoked license at 12:30 a.m. July 30 at East Warrenville Road and North Naper Boulevard.
  • A 25-year-old man from Bolingbrook was arrested on charges of unlawful use of intoxicating compounds and reckless conduct at 11:02 a.m. July 30 at the police station, 1350 Aurora Avenue.
  • A 44-year-old man from Plainfield was arrested on a warrant at 2 p.m. July 30 in the 700 block of Fort Hill Drive.
  • A 55-year-old man from Naperville was arrested on charges of failure to reduce speed/driving too fast for conditions, illegal possession/transportation of liquor by a driver, driving under the influence of alcohol and unlawful use of a cell phone while operating a motor vehicle at 3:31 p.m. July 30 at Rickert Drive and Sequoia Road.
  • A 54-year-old man from Aurora was arrested on charges of disregarding a stop sign, avoiding a traffic control device, disobeying a traffic control signal, fleeing police and endangering the health/life of a child at 10:50 p.m. July 30 in the 1100 block of Cornell Lane in Yorkville.
  • A 37-year-old man from Chicago was arrested on a charge of battery at 12:26 a.m. July 31 in the 1500 block of Fairway Drive.
  • A 36-year-old man from Naperville was arrested on a warrant at 12:27 a.m. July 31 in the 1500 block of Fairway Drive.
