The following items were taken from Naperville police reports and press releases. An arrest does not constitute a finding of guilt:
- A 52-year-old woman from Naperville was arrested on charges of failure to reduce speed/driving too fast for conditions, illegal lane usage, reckless driving, speeding 26 to 35 mph over the limit and driving under the influence of alcohol at 1:24 a.m. July 31 at North Aurora Road and Tudor Drive.
- A 21-year-old man from Aurora was arrested on charges of failure to signal when required, driving on a suspended/revoked license, driving without insurance, manufacturing 5 to 15 grams of ecstacy/analog and driving without a valid registration at 5:30 p.m. July 31 at South Route 59 and 95th Street.
- A 28-year-old woman from Aurora was arrested on charges of aggravated battery/senior citizen, knowingly damaging property and resisting a peace officer at 7:14 p.m. Aug. 1 at West Chicago Avenue and South Main Street.
- A 35-year-old man from Romeoville was arrested on two charges of retail theft at 7:39 a.m. Aug. 2 at the police station, 1350 Aurora Avenue.
- A 31-year-old man from Chicago was arrested on charges of unlawful use of weapon and violation of the Concealed Carry Act at 10:49 p.m. Aug. 2 in the 3200 block of Odyssey Court.
- A 34-year-old man from Chicago was arrested on charges of disobeying a traffic control device, failure to signal when required, driving on a suspended/revoked license, obstructing identification and resisting a peace officer at 12:21 a.m. Aug. 3 at Bond Street and Brookdale Road.
- A 29-year-old woman from Chicago was arrested on charges of theft over $500, driving without a valid registration and driving without insurance at 2:11 a.m. Aug. 3 in the 1500 block of North Route 59.
- A 50-year-old man from Naperville was arrested on a warrant and on charges of improper walking on a highway and obstructing identification at 8:22 p.m. Aug. 3 in the 800 block of East Ogden Avenue.
- A 32-year-old man from South Holland was arrested on charges of manufacturing/delivery of more than 500 grams of cannabis and possession of 500 to 2,000 grams of cannabis at 8:49 p.m. Aug. 3 in the 3200 block of Odyssey Court.
