Naperville Police Arrests for June 22-25

The following items were taken from Naperville police reports and press releases. An arrest does not constitute a finding of guilt:

  • A 41-year-old man from Chicago was arrested on charges of illegal lane usage, driving under the influence of alcohol and driving on expired registration at 3:52 a.m. June 22 at Rickert Drive and Sequoia Road.
  • A 29-year-old man from Naperville was arrested on charges of aggravated battery, aggravated battery to a peace officer, criminal trespassing to a building and knowingly damaging property at 8:12 a.m. June 22 in the 1700 block of West Ogden Avenue.
  • A 28-year-old man from Aurora was arrested on charges of driving without a valid license/permit, driving without a valid registration, driving without insurance and title/registration possession offenses at 8:02 p.m. June 22 at Hassert Boulevard and South Route 59.
  • A 27-year-old man from Plano was arrested on a charge of possession of a controlled substance at 2:12 a.m. June 23 in the 1800 block of Centre Point Circle.
  • A 29-year-old man from Addison was arrested on a charge of burglary at 3:58 a.m. June 24 at the Naperville Police Station, 1350 Aurora Ave.
  • A 20-year-old man from Plainfield was arrested on charges of street racing and driving 35 mph over the speed limit at 9:12 p.m. June 24 at Cantore Road and South Route 59.
  • A 53-year-old man from Naperville was arrested on charges of burglary and retail theft at 5:20 p.m. June 25 in the 500 block of East Ogden Avenue.
