Naperville Police Arrests for June 3-5

The following items were taken from Naperville police reports and press releases. An arrest does not constitute a finding of guilt:

  • A 33-year-old man from Aurora was arrested on a warrant and on charges of driving on a suspended license at 5:22 p.m. June 3 at East Ogden Avenue and North Columbia Street.
  • A 23-year-old man from Naperville was arrested on a charge of making a false police report at 10:57 p.m. June 3 in the 100 block of Jackson Avenue.
  • A 34-year-old man from Wheaton was arrested on charges of theft and possession of drug paraphernalia at 1:13 a.m. June 4 in the 1500 block of Naperville Wheaton Road.
  • A 27-year-old man from West Chicago was arrested on seven counts of retail theft at 1:54 p.m. June 4 in the 1600 block of West Diehl Road.
  • A 29-year-old man from Aurora was arrested on a charge of retail theft at 5:40 p.m. June 4 in the 2900 block of Audrey Avenue.
  • A 54-year-old man from Aurora was arrested on a charge of attempted retail theft and theft of stolen property with intent to deprive at 5:40 p.m. June 4 in the 2900 block of Audrey Avenue.
  • A 44-year-old man from Aurora was arrested on a charge of retail theft/motor fuel exceeding $150 at 5:40 p.m. June 4 in the 2900 block of Audrey Avenue.
  • A 29-year-old man from Aurora was arrested on a charge of theft not exceeding $500 and unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia at 5:40 p.m. June 4 in the 2900 block of Audrey Avenue.
  • A 48-year-old man from North Aurora was arrested on a charge of criminal damage to property and battery at 11:35 a.m. June 5 at the police station, 1350 Aurora Ave.
  • A 41-year-old woman from Aurora was arrested on a charge of battery at 5:40 p.m. June 5 at the police station, 1350 Aurora Ave.
  • A 35-year-old woman from Westmont was arrested on a charge of aggravated assault at 7:41 p.m. June 5 in the 1500 block of Fairway Drive.
