Naperville Police Arrests for June 8-10

The following items were taken from Naperville police reports and press releases. An arrest does not constitute a finding of guilt:

  • A 30-year-old man from Aurora was arrested on charges of criminal trespass/remain on land and resisting or obstructing a police officer at 2:12 p.m. June 8 in the 1600 block of West Diehl Road.
  • A 30-year-old man from Aurora was arrested on a charge of driving under the influence of alcohol at 10:56 p.m. June 8 at McDowell Road and North Route 59.
  • A 27-year-old woman from Joliet was arrested on a charge of retail theft at 12:24 a.m. June 9 in the 800 block of East Ogden Avenue.
  • A 28-year-old man from Naperville was arrested on a warrant at 1:31 a.m. June 9 in the 500 block of Kiowa Drive.
  • A 21-year-old man from Montgomery was arrested on charges of illegal lane usage, driving under the influence of alcohol, driving under the influence of drugs, illegal possession/transportation of liquor by a driver and driving on a suspended/revoked license at 8:14 a.m. June 9 at North Route 59 and West Diehl Road.
  • A 29-year-old man from Aurora was arrested on a charge of aggravated assault at 3:45 p.m. June 9 at 111th Street and 284th Avenue.
  • A 41-year-old man from Plainfield was arrested on a charge of retail theft at 6:50 p.m. June 9 in the 1300 block of South Route 59.
  • A 27-year-old woman from Naperville was arrested on charges of disorderly conduct and knowingly damaging property at 3:49 p.m. June 10 at the police station, 1350 Aurora Ave.
  • A 34-year-old man from Warrenville was arrested on a warrant at 7:12 p.m. June 10 at North Route 59 and Liberty Street.
  • A 25-year-old man from Sauk Village was arrested as a fugitive from justice at 10:41 p.m. June 10 at North Route 59 and East Interstate 88.
