Naperville Police Arrests for March 5-6

The following items were taken from Naperville police reports and press releases. An arrest does not constitute a finding of guilt:

  • A 24-year-old man from Bolingbrook was arrested on charges of improper lane usage, disobeying a stop sign and driving under the influence of alcohol at 1:27 a.m. March 5 at West Jefferson Avenue and South Webster Street.
  • A 20-year-old man from Country Club Hills was arrested on warrants for theft and criminal trespass to vehicles at 10:40 a.m. March 5 at the police station, 1350 Aurora Ave.
  • A 27-year-old man from Plainfield was arrested on warrants for two charges of aggravated battery to a peace officer at noon March 5 in Hillside.
  • A 38-year-old man from Chicago was arrested on charges of failure to wear a seat belt, aggravated unlawful use of a weapon, possession of cannabis in a motor vehicle outside an approved container and transportation or possession of alcohol by a passenger at 9:35 p.m. March 5 at East Interstate 88 and North Route 59.
  • A 21-year-old man from Bolingbrook was arrested on charge of improper window tinting/treatment, improper pane usage and driving under the influence of alcohol at 12:54 a.m. March 5 at South Main Street and Jackson Avenue.
  • A 28-year-old man from Woodridge was arrested on charges of speeding disobeying a traffic signal and driving under the influence of alcohol at 2:26 a.m. March 6 at Aurora Avenue and South Route 59.
  • A 26-year-old woman from Aurora was arrested on charges of speeding, disobeying a traffic signal and driving under the influence of alcohol at 2:37 a.m. March 6 at South Route 59 and Aurora Avenue.
  • A 20-year-old man from Naperville was arrested on a charge of burglary at 2:38 a.m. March 6 in the 1500 block of West Ogden Avenue.
  • A 24-year-old man from Joliet was arrested on a charge of burglary at 3:19 a.m. March 6 in the 1500 block of West Ogden Avenue.
