Naperville Police Arrests for May 10-12

The following items were taken from Naperville police reports and press releases. An arrest does not constitute a finding of guilt:

A 42-year-old woman from Lisle was arrested on a warrant at 7:29 a.m. May 10 in the 1700 block of West Ogden Avenue.

A 55-year-old man from Naperville was arrested on a charge of driving under the influence of alcohol at 7:06 p.m. May 10 at the police station, 1350 Aurora Ave.

A 22-year-old woman from Naperville was arrested on a charge of retail theft at 9:31 p.m. May 10 in the 2500 block of West 75th Street.

A 20-year-old man from Palos Heights was arrested on a charge of aggravated unlawful use of weapons at 10:59 p.m. May 10 in the 3200 block of Odyssey Court.

A 50-year-old man from Channahon was arrested on charges of illegal lane usage and driving under the influence of alcohol at 12:35 a.m. May 11 in the 200 block of West Ogden Avenue.

A 30-year-old man from Aurora was arrested on charges of driving under the influence of alcohol, driving without a valid license/permit and possession of a controlled substance at 1:35 a.m. May 11 at Savanah Circle and South West Avenue.

A 29-year-old man from Lisle was arrested on charges of aggravated assault and battery at 9:53 p.m. May 11 at the police station, 1350 Aurora Avenue.

A 36-year-old man from Naperville was arrested on charges of failure to give signal when required and driving under the influence of alcohol at 1:47 a.m. May 12 at North Loomis Street and East 5th Avenue.

A 54-year-old woman from Naperville was arrested on a charge of retail theft at 3:22 p.m. May 12 in the 2500 block of West 75th Street.

A 34-year-old man from Chicago was arrested on charges of illegal lane usage, failure to notify of damage to an unattended vehicle, driving under the influence of alcohol and driving without insurance at 7:50 p.m. May 12 at Shenandoah Lane and Pawnee Lane.

A 25-year-old man from Bolingbrook was arrested on charges resisting a peace officer, resisting or obstructing a peace officer and possession of 10 to 30 grams of cannabis at 11:12 p.m. May 12 in the 1200 block of East Warrenville Road.
