The following items were taken from Naperville police reports and press releases. An arrest does not constitute a finding of guilt:
- A 44-year-old man from Plainfield was arrested on charges of failure to signal when required, driving under the influence of alcohol and illegal possession/transportation of liquor by a driver at 11:29 p.m. May 18 at South Route 59 and McCoy Drive.
- A 25-year-old man from Romeoville was arrested on charges of speeding, driving under the influence of alcohol, illegal possession/transportation of liquor by a driver and illegal transportation of cannabis at 12:57 a.m. May 19 at South Washington Street and Aurora Avenue.
- A 46-year-old man from Naperville was arrested on charges of illegal lane usage, speeding and driving under the influence of alcohol at 3:05 a.m. May 19 at North Route 59 and Meridian Parkway.
- A 29-year-old man from Naperville was arrested on charges of aggravated battery, aggravated battery to a peace officer, disorderly conduct, resisting a peace officer and criminal trespass/remain on land at 8:18 a.m. May 19 in the 500 block of North River Road.
- A 59-year-old man from Naperville was arrested on charges of aggravated assault and aggravated battery to a peace officer at 5:15 p.m. May 19 in the 200 block of West Bailey Road.
- A 35-year-old man from Chicago was arrested on charges of failure to reduce speed/driving too fast for conditions, driving under the influence of alcohol, illegal possession/transportation of liquor by a driver and improper parking/stopping/standing in a roadway at 10:03 p.m. May 19 at North Washington Street and Shuman Boulevard.
- A 33-year-old man from Chicago was arrested on charges of obstructing justice and resisting a peace officer at 10:54 p.m. May 19 in the 400 block of South Brainard Street.
- A 33-year-old man from Chicago was arrested on a peace bond warrant at 10:54 p.m. May 19 in the 400 block of South Brainard Street.
