The following items were taken from Naperville police reports and press releases. An arrest does not constitute a finding of guilt:
- A 61-year-old man from Lombard was arrested on two counts of retail theft and one count of burglary at 1:32 p.m. May 19 in the 1900 block of West Jefferson Avenue.
- A 42-year-old man from Elmhurst was arrested on charges of theft and disorderly conduct at 5:18 p.m. May 19 in the 800 block of East Ogden Avenue.
- An 18-year-old man from Bolingbrook was arrested on charges of battery and disorderly conduct at 12:19 p.m. May 20 in the 2300 block of 95th Street.
- A 49-year-old man from Aurora was arrested on a charge of battery at 4:23 p.m. May 20 in the 2900 block of Audrey Avenue.
- A 36-year-old man from Naperville was arrested on a warrant and on charges of unauthorized use of handicapped parking, driving on a suspended license and driving with expired license plates at 4:58 p.m. May 20 in the 700 block of North Route 59.
- A 30-year-old woman from Lombard was arrested on a charge of theft at 8:14 p.m. May 20 in the 1000 block of East Ogden Avenue.
- A 29-year-old woman from Wheaton was arrested on charges of possession of drug paraphernalia, theft and obstructing identification at 8:15 p.m. May 20 in the 1000 block of Ogden Avenue.
- A 19-year-old man from Joliet was arrested on charges of operating wipers without headlights on, no registration plate on vehicle front or rear, loud excessive noise caused by muffler or lack thereof, disobeying a traffic control signal, fleeing or attempting to elude a peace officer, reckless driving, failure to signal when changing lanes and improper lane usage at 11:04 p.m. May 20 at the police station, 1350 Aurora Ave.
- A 22-year-old woman from Peoria was arrested on a warrant and on charges of selling a vehicle without a seatbelt, retail theft, burglary, possession of a controlled substance, driving while using a cell phone and possession of 100 to 500 grams of cannabis at 4:42 p.m. May 21 at North Washington Street and East Ogden Avenue.
