The following items were taken from Naperville police reports and press releases. An arrest does not constitute a finding of guilt:
- A 23-year-old woman from Peoria was arrested on charges of burglary and retail theft at 4:42 p.m. May 21 at North Washington Street and East Ogden Avenue.
- A 23-year-old man from Peoria was arrested on a charge of retail theft at 4:42 p.m. May 21 at North Washington Street and East Ogden Avenue.
- A 30-year-old man from Elgin was arrested on eight warrants and on a charge of resisting or obstructing a peace officer at 6:54 p.m. May 21 at West Jefferson Avenue and South Route 59.
- A 21-year-old man from Naperville was arrested on a charge of battery at 9:06 p.m. May 21 at the police station, 1350 Aurora Ave.
- A 23-year-old man from Aurora was arrested on a charge of driving on a license suspended due to unpaid fees at 10:35 p.m. May 21 at West Diehl Road and North Route 59.
- A 42-year-old man from Chicago was arrested on charges of driving under the influence of alcohol, possession of adult use cannabis in a motor vehicle and possession of drug paraphernalia at 5:36 a.m. May 22 at East Diehl Road and Freedom Drive.
- A 47-year-old woman from Glen Ellyn was arrested on a charge of violating an order of protection at 5:45 a.m. May 22 in the 1200 block of East Ogden Avenue.
- A 69-year-old man from Naperville was arrested on a warrant at 10:28 a.m. May 22 in the 1500 block of Bond Street.
- A 25-year-old woman from Elgin was arrested on charges of improper lane usage, driving under the influence of alcohol, driving without insurance and transportation or possession of open alcohol by driver at 10:46 p.m. May 23 at North Route 59 and North Aurora Road.
- A 30-year-old man from Calumet City was arrested on charges of unlawful use of a weapon, being an armed habitual criminal, car window or windshield in defective condition impairing driver’s view and improper lane usage at 2:03 a.m. May 24 at Aurora Avenue and South Route 59.
