The following items were taken from Naperville police reports and press releases. An arrest does not constitute a finding of guilt:
- A 21-year-old man from Naperville was arrested on charges of disobeying a stop sign, driving under the influence of alcohol and improper window tinting/treatment on windows at 1:08 a.m. May 22 in the 100 block of Water Street.
- A 75-year-old man from Aurora was arrested on charges of driving on a suspended/revoked license, driving on an expired registration and obstructing identification at 11:49 a.m. May 22 in the 37W700 block of Route 38, St. Charles.
- A 41-year-old woman from Aurora was arrested on a warrant at 7:01 p.m. May 22 in the 1600 block of West Diehl Road.
- A 20-year-old man from Aurora was arrested on charges of street racing and fleeing the police at 8:36 p.m. May 22 in the 500 block of North Highland Avenue, Aurora.
- A 29-year-old woman from Naperville was arrested on charges of driving on the wrong side of the road and driving under the influence of alcohol at 1:23 a.m. May 23 at Bruce Lane and Scots Drive.
- A 40-year-old woman from Lisle was arrested on a charge of using the credit card of another at 5:10 p.m. May 23 at Bond Street and McDowell Road.
- A 26-year-old woman from Naperville was arrested on a warrant at 12:25 a.m. May 24 in the 700 block of Benedetti Drive.
- A 33-year-old man was arrested on charges of improper window tinting/treatment on windows, illegal transportation of cannabis, possession of a controlled substance and driving on an expired registration at 1:36 a.m. May 24 at West Diehl Road and North Route 59.
- A 38-year-old man from Bolingbrook was arrested on a charge of retail theft at 9:53 a.m. May 24 at the police station, 1350 Aurora Ave.
- A 35-year-old woman from Crest Hill was arrested on a charge of retail theft at 1:47 p.m. May 24 in the 900 block of West 75th Street.
- A 34-year-old woman from Naperville was arrested on a charge of driving under the influence of alcohol at 6:20 p.m. May 24 in the 3000 block of Reflection Drive.
