The following items were taken from Naperville police reports and press releases. An arrest does not constitute a finding of guilt:
- A 21-year-old man from Chicago was arrested on charges of aggravated unlawful use of a weapon, possession of 10 to 30 grams of cannabis, possession of adult use cannabis in a motor vehicle outside approved container, obstructed windshield, loud excessive noise caused by muffler or lack thereof and driving while using a cell phone at 12:46 p.m. May 24 in the 600 block of North Route 59.
- A 27-year-old man from Tinley Park was arrested on a charge of retail theft at 7:10 p.m. May 24 at Aurora Avenue and Fort Hill Drive.
- A 24-year-old man from Tinley Park was arrested on a charge of retail theft, improper window tinting and theft at 7:10 p.m. May 24 at Aurora Avenue and Fort Hill Drive.
- A 36-year-old man from Chicago was arrested on charges of driving on a suspended license, leaving the scene of an accident, driving without a license, driving under the influence of alcohol, transportation or possession of open alcohol by a driver and driving without insurance at 7:34 p.m. May 24 in the 1400 block of Fairway Drive.
- A 23-year-old man from Aurora was arrested on charges of driving on a suspended registration, driving on a suspended license and driving without insurance at 10:17 p.m. May 24 at Hassert Boulevard and South Route 59.
- A 32-year-old man from Chicago was arrested on charges of unlawful use of a weapon and possession of a controlled substance at 11:25 p.m. May 24 in the 3200 block of Odyssey Court.
- A 31-year-old woman from Lynwood was arrested on charges of driving under the influence of alcohol, driving with a suspended or revoked license, driving without insurance, illegal transportation or possession of alcohol by a driver and possession of adult use cannabis in a motor vehicle outside an approved container at 1:18 a.m. May 25 at West Ogden Avenue and North River Road.
