The following items were taken from Naperville police reports and press releases. An arrest does not constitute a finding of guilt:
- A 31-year-old man from Aurora was arrested on a charge of possession of 100 to 500 grams of cannabis at 9:17 p.m. May 30 at West Interstate 88 and North Route 59.
- A 33-year-old man from Aurora was arrested on a warrant and on charges of possession of 500 to 2,000 grams of cannabis, obstructing identification and illegal transportation or possession of alcohol by a driver at 9:22 p.m. May 30 in the 1900 block of Brookdale Road.
- A 40-year-old woman from Plainfield was arrested on two counts of criminal sexual assault/victim age 13 to 17 and two counts of aggravated criminal sexual abuse in which victim is 13 to 16 years old and offender is at least five years older at 12:05 a.m. May 31 at the police station, 1350 Aurora Ave.
- A 44-year-old man from Naperville was arrested on charges of attempted possession of firearm/revoked FOID card and possession of ammunition/no valid FOID card on person at 11:34 p.m. May 31 in the 1600 block of Lonsdale Avenue.
- A 31-year-old man from Chicago was arrested on a warrant and on charges of improper lighting, no registration plate on front or rear, driving on a suspended license and driving under the influence of alcohol at 2:16 a.m. June 1 in the 2700 block of Aurora Avenue.
- A 32-year-old man from Naperville was arrested on charges of driving under the influence of alcohol and speeding at 2:57 a.m. June 1 at Iroquois Avenue and East Ogden Avenue.
- A 40-year-old man from Naperville was arrested on charges of driving with one headlight, driving under the influence of alcohol, possession of a controlled substance and unlawful possession of cannabis by a driver at 1:24 a.m. June 2 at West Diehl Road and Raymond Drive.
- A 33-year-old man from Westmont was arrested on charges of aggravated battery/peace officer, battery, obstructing identification and disorderly conduct at 9:43 p.m. June 2 in the 1200 block of East Ogden Avenue.
