Naperville Police Arrests for Oct. 24-26

The following items were taken from Naperville police reports and press releases. An arrest does not constitute a finding of guilt:

  • A 39-year-old man from Villa Park was arrested on a charge of criminal trespass to a vehicle at 1:26 a.m. Oct. 24 in the 400 block of Fairway Drive. The same man was arrested on charges of criminal trespass to state land and resisting a peace officer at 4:04 a.m. Oct. 24 at the police station, 1350 Aurora Ave.
  • A 33-year-old man from Chicago was arrested on a warrant at 6:01 p.m. Oct. 24 at Fairway Drive and Country Club Boulevard.
  • A 27-year-old man from Bolingbrook was arrested on a warrant and on charges of disregarding a stop sign, illegal transportation of cannabis, driving without insurance and resisting a peace officer at 10:26 p.m. Oct. 24 at Water Street and South Main Street.
  • A 24-year-old man from Darien was arrested on charge of having a defective side window/rear window/windshield and illegal transportation of cannabis at 12:22 a.m. Oct. 26 at East Interstate 88 and North Route 59.
  • A 35-year-old man from Bolingbrook was arrested on charges of possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of a controlled substance at 12:32 a.m. Oct. 26 at East Interstate 88 and North Route 59.
  • A 23-year-old man from Joliet was arrested on charges of leaving the scene of an accident with vehicle damage, driving under the influence of alcohol and illegal possession/transportation of liquor by a driver at 1:11 a.m. Oct. 26 at North Mill Street and West Diehl Road.
  • A 24-year-old man from Joliet was arrested on a warrant at 1:40 a.m. Oct. 26 at South Washington Street and West Porter Avenue.
  • A 41-year-old man from Naperville was arrested on a warrant at 5:28 p.m. Oct. 26 at Fairway Drive and North Aurora Road.
