The following items were taken from Naperville police reports and press releases. An arrest does not constitute a finding of guilt:
- A 29-year-old man from Bolingbrook was arrested on a warrant and on charges of driving under the influence of alcohol, aggravated driving under the influence and driving on a suspended/revoked license at 4:57 a.m. Sept. 17 at Royce Road and South Washington Street.
- A 20-year-old man from Naperville was arrested on a charge of criminal trespass to state land at 3:25 p.m. Sept. 17 at the police station, 1350 Aurora Ave.
- A 36-year-old man from Naperville was arrested on charges of driving under the influence of alcohol, endangering the health/life of a child, driving on a suspended/revoked license and resisting a peace officer at 8:24 p.m. Sept. 17 at the police station, 1350 Aurora Ave.
- A 22-year-old woman from Janesville, Wisconsin, was arrested as a fugitive from justice at 9:08 p.m. Sept. 17 at North Naper Boulevard and Naperville Wheaton Road.
- A 56-year-old man from Plainfield was arrested on a warrant and on charges of disorderly conduct and knowingly damaging property at 1:35 p.m. Sept. 18 at North Washington Street and East Franklin Avenue.
- A 33-year-old man from Chicago was arrested on a warrant at 11:23 p.m. Sept. 18 in the 3200 block of Odyssey Court.
- A 30-year-old man from Naperville was arrested on a warrant at 12:09 p.m. Sept. 19 at the police station, 1350 Aurora Ave.
- A 47-year-old man from Naperville was arrested on charges of simple battery and resisting or obstruction of a police officer at 7:12 p.m. Sept. 19 in the 1600 block of North Route 59.
- A 26-year-old man from Naperville was arrested on charges of disobeying a traffic control signal, driving under the influence of alcohol and illegal possession/transportation of liquor by a driver at 11:51 p.m. Sept. 20 at North Aurora Road and North Route 59.
- A 30-year-old man from Naperville was arrested on charges of driving under the influence of alcohol and possession of a controlled substance at 2:24 a.m. Sept. 21 at South West Street and Martin Avenue.
