The following items were taken from Naperville police reports and press releases. An arrest does not constitute a finding of guilt:
- A 20-year-old man from Aurora was arrested on charges of defective or no turn signal, disobeying a traffic control device and aggravated unlawful use of weapons at 7:30 p.m. Sept. 4 at Bond Street and West Diehl Road.
- A 54-year-old woman from Chicago was arrested on charges of obstructing identification and theft of labor/services at 9:44 p.m. Sept. 4 in the 1800 block of Centre Point Circle.
- A 38-year-old man from Wheaton was arrested on charges of not wearing a seat belt, alter/deface/remove/failure to affix a controlled substance, illegal dispensing of a controlled substance and illegal transportation of cannabis at 11:10 p.m. Sept. 4 at North Route 59 and Bruce Lane.
- A 34-year-old woman from Aurora was arrested on a charge of retail theft at 11:13 p.m. Sept. 4 in the 2500 block of West 75th Street.
- A 23-year-old woman from Aurora was arrested on a charge of retail theft at 11:31 p.m. Sept. 4 in the 2500 block of West 75th Street.
- A 22-year-old woman from Chicago was arrested on a charge of criminal damage to property at 1:57 a.m. Sept. 5 in the first block of Gartner Road.
- A 23-year-old man from Naperville was arrested on a charge of retail theft at 9:28 p.m. Sept. 5 at the police station, 1350 Aurora Ave.
- A 22-year-old man from Westmont was arrested on charges of illegal lane usage, driving under the alcohol, illegal possession/transportation of liquor by a driver, driving without a valid license/permit and driving without insurance at 10:39 p.m. Sept. 5 at South Washington Street and East 75th Street.
- A 32-year-old man from Hanover Park was arrested on a warrant at 1:41 a.m. Sept. 6 at East Ogden Avenue and North Washington Street.
- A 29-year-old woman from Naperville was arrested on a warrant at 8:59 a.m. Sept. 6 in the 1500 block of Fairway Drive.
- A 29-year-old woman from Aurora was arrested on charges of burglary and retail theft at 10:09 p.m. Sept. 6 in the 2700 block of Aurora Avenue.
- A 33-year-old man from Naperville was arrested on a warrant at 3:40 p.m. Sept. 7 in the 600 block of North Route 59.
