The following items were taken from Naperville police reports and press releases. An arrest does not constitute a finding of guilt:
- A 38-year-old man from Kings, Illinois, was arrested on charges of violating an order of protection and resisting a peace officer at 2:30 a.m. Sept. 7 in the 100 block of Testa Drive.
- A 45-year-old woman from Aurora was arrested on charges of driving on a suspended/revoked license, possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of a controlled substance at 9:24 p.m. Sept. 7 at West Ogden Avenue and North Webster Street.
- A 53-year-old man from Naperville was arrested on a charge of battery/bodily harm at 10:11 p.m. Sept. 7 at the police station, 1350 Aurora Ave.
- A 19-year-old man from Naperville was arrested on charges of no front/rear plate/permit displayed, obstructed windshield or front/side window, aggravated unlawful use of weapons and illegal possession ammunition/FOID at 7:49 p.m. Sept. 8 at North Columbia Street and East Ogden Avenue.
- A 20-year-old man from Joliet was arrested on a charge of retail theft at 12:31 p.m. Sept. 9 at the police station, 1350 Aurora Ave.
- A 30-year-old man from Naperville was arrested on a warrant and on charges of defective side/rear/windshield, driving on a revoked/suspended license and illegal possession/transportation of liquor by a driver at 3:12 p.m. Sept. 9 in the 1200 block of South Washington Street.
- A 40-year-old woman from Montgomery was arrested on charges of burglary and retail theft at 6:39 p.m. Sept. 9 in the first block of Hunter Drive in Montgomery.
- A 41-year-old man from Naperville was arrested on a charge of violating an order of protection at 12:53 a.m. Sept. 10 at the police station, 1350 Aurora Ave.
- A 37-year-old man from Rockford was arrested on a warrant at 4:03 p.m. Sept. 10 at Royal St. George Drive and West Ogden Avenue.
- A 30-year-old man from Aurora was arrested on charges of failure to reduce speed/driving too fast for conditions, driving under the influence of alcohol and driving on an expired registration at 7:24 p.m. Sept. 10 at South Washington Street and Royce Road.
- A 26-year-old man from Aurora was arrested on a warrant at 8:09 p.m. Sept. 10 in the 1500 block of West Jefferson Avenue.
