The DuPage Health Coalition is a nonprofit that connects low-income and uninsured DuPage County residents to low-cost health care. It is one of five recipients of a grant from the Neighbors in Need campaign, a Daily Herald and McCormick Foundation partnership that helps fund agencies addressing hunger, homelessness and health inequity in the suburbs.
