Officials at Lurie Children’s Hospital are addressing an earlier cyber security attack which caused them to take their network offline while an investigation ensues.
Officials at the hospital are working with experts including law enforcement agencies as they work to continue providing care to patients with as few disruptions as possible, officials said in a news release.
The hospital was working on establishing a call center to address patient families and community provider’s needs, the release said.
