Olutola “Tola” Makinde is one of eight candidates vying for four, 4-year seats on the Algonquin-based Community Unit District 300 board in the April 4 consolidated election. The other candidates are: incumbents Stephen J. Fiorentino and Nancy Zettler, and challengers Connie Cain, Randi Gauthier, Kristina Konstanty, Laurie Parman, and Robert Reining.
