Starting this weekend, kids can jump across lily pads, listen to the croon of a prairie chicken and hang out in a beaver’s lodge at the Peggy Notebaert Nature Museum’s new Hawver and Lacy Families Nature’s PlaySpace, which was created for kids 8 and younger to explore Illinois’ six Great Lakes habitats.
