Valparaiso Police are investigating a burglary late Tuesday night at Kay Jewelers on the city’s east side.
Around 9:50 p.m., police responded to an alarm at 2410 LaPorte Ave., at the jewelry store, according to a release.
Police found forced entry into an adjacent business and entered the building to check inside. While checking the business, police found holes cut in the drywall between the business and Kay Jewelers.
Police checked both businesses and didn’t find anyone inside. The burglary investigation is open and ongoing, police said.
